We do have a determination letter but it will require precision work, not something a hobbyist can do. So we are trying to think of another way to send it back to the ATF. The current approved sample will require the forward trigger housing to be left solid and some of the linkage area, along with the rear pocket like the AR15. We have tried the appeal process and it did nothing for us, and with the climate ATF is in right now they are hard pressed to approve anything new and different.

This is an 80% lower that we are working to get a determination letter from the ATF just like the AR-15. You will be required to mill out the fire control pocket very similar to the AR-15 build, and add (4) 5/32 drilled side holes for the fire control components.
